History
Established in 1974, Marshall Foundation leads the way for a healthier community by providing a margin of excellence for healthcare needs.  Through generous contributions and special events, the Foundation provides for a wide variety of needs at Marshall Medical and throughout the western slope of El Dorado County.

The Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.   

Purpose
The purpose of this Foundation is to encourage, receive, administer and disburse funds donated for community health programs and for Marshall Medical.

Charitable donations and bequests provide support to Marshall's operation and facilities as well as to community projects that improve and meet the healthcare needs of the community.
