2008 Helping Hands Award Never thinking of himself but focusing on others… Tony has left a footprint on our hearts, and we will never be the same. As a result, he has made a tremendous impact and displayed great spirit! Through helping to support “programs that care for people,” Tony’s outstanding efforts include:
  • He has volunteered to help Marshall Foundation all year long for the past two years. Whether it is a minor repair at the office, moving furniture or gardening, he is always there to lend a helping hand.
  • When the ivy at the Foundation house became so overgrown it blocked the view of our sign and the roadway, Tony volunteered to spend hour upon hour trimming back the growth. And, it is not unusual for him to show up unexpectedly to rake our fallen leaves and blow our patio & sidewalks clean.
  • Additional office furniture has been moved to our location several times by Tony. Whatever is needed…Tony is there!
  • Tony regularly volunteers in our community with volunteer projects, at Partners in Care as well as with his church.

Today Tony is experienced and passionate about helping others.

We believe that his efforts are extraordinary and worthy of the 2008 Helping Hands Outstanding “Individual” Award.
