Alzheimer's Association to Host Two Upcoming Talks at Marshall Community Health Library

September 25, 2014— Marshall Community Health Library in Cameron Park is pleased to continue its free Healthy Aging Seminars.

The next opportunities are being presented by the Alzheimer’s Association. The first seminar will be on Tuesday, October 7 from 2-4 p.m. The topic is “Know the 10 Signs: Early Detection Matters.” Learn the early warning signs to help you differentiate between normal aging and Alzheimer’s Disease.

The second seminar will be on Wednesday, October 22 from 2-4 p.m. The topic is “Conversations About Dementia.” This workshop will give you tools to tackle difficult topics and have honest and caring conversations with family members when a dementia diagnosis is made.

Both talks will be held at the Marshall Community Health Library at 3581 Palmer Drive – Building 501 in Cameron Park. Space is limited and registration is requested, by calling 530-626-2778.
