A Path for Podiatry: Marshall Welcomes New Physician, Specialty

June 30, 2017 — Dr. Harprit Bajwa, DPM, joins Marshall to establish Marshall Podiatry. The clinic will be located at 3501 Palmer Drive, Suite 201 in Cameron Park.

“My goal is to become a respected, active and contributing member of the Marshall community and to become a well-known practitioner among my fellow medical peers,” she said.

Dr. Bajwa is board certified in foot surgery and specializes in podiatric surgery, as well providing comprehensive foot and ankle care, including diabetic limb salvage. Some areas of clinical expertise include: forefoot deformities (bunions and hammertoes), heel pain and plantar fasciitis, lower extremity trauma, and custom molded orthotics.

After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Dr. Bajwa completed studies at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. She finished her residency and fellowship training at Kern Hospital in Warren, Mich.

Dr. Bajwa fluent in Spanish and Hindi (Punjabi). Dr. Bajwa is married to Marshall hospitalist physician Ranjit Bajwa, MD. They have two sons. She enjoys reading, traveling -- London is her favorite international city -- and outdoor activities like biking and running.
