Provider Bio
Katherine Milroy, MD treats patients from birth to age 21. Clinical interests
include ADHD and developmental disabilities.
Before joining Marshall, Dr. Milroy spent 15 years in the United States
Navy, most recently in the pediatric department at the Naval Hospital
Oak Harbor, Washington.
Raised in Palo Alto, Dr. Milroy received her Bachelor’s Degree in
biology from Scripps College in Claremont and graduated from medical school
at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2005. After
completing an internship in family practice, she served four years with
the naval aviation community as a flight surgeon, including deploying
to the Persian Gulf in 2007 aboard the USS Enterprise.
She then returned to a pediatric residency graduating from the Naval Medical
Center San Diego in 2013. Dr. Milroy participated in the Pacific Partnership
Humanitarian Mission aboard the naval hospital ship USNS Mercy providing
medical care to rural families in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Dr. Milroy enjoys swimming, reading, hiking, and spending time with her
dog Max, a miniature schnauzer.
