A lifelong Californian, Alice Phillips, FNP received her Bachelor of Science
degree from Sacramento State in 1977. She then collected a Master’s
of Science in Nursing from UC San Francisco.
She is a credentialed California Community College instructor for health
services and has taught Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants
for both UC Davis and University of Phoenix. Prior to joining Marshall
in 2013, she worked in private practice with several local physicians
over the previous 20-plus years.
Alice owns an extensive background in family and internal medicine. She
has a special interest in preventive care and helping her patients achieve
their highest level of health possible.
Asked to name her biggest personal achievement, Alice cited “raising
a happy, healthy, well-motivated daughter.” When not in practice,
she can be found spending time with her daughter or watching soccer.
