Reymundo Barocio, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who works alongside Brandon
Beamer, MD, caring for patients with orthopedic surgical needs. He arrived
at Marshall in 2016 from Mercy Medical Center in Merced.
In between, the Modesto native collected both undergraduate and post-graduate
certification from UC Davis. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in
Clinical Nutrition in 2009. Four years later, he earned a Certificate
of Completion in Physician Assistant Studies from the UC Davis School
Reymundo has experience in both office and operating room environments.
He practices multiple surgical techniques and assists in many aspects
– trauma, total joint replacement, sports medicine procedures –
of orthopedic surgery.
He takes pride in a diverse skill set. At Mercy Merced, he examined over
100 patients per-week in sports medicine, total joint replacement and
trauma care. He also established orthopedic care clinics specifically
for low-income residents of Mariposa and Merced Counties.
Reymundo is fluent in Spanish. In his leisure time, he joins wife Karen
running marathons and working out at the gym.
