About Donald Liberty
Dr. Donald R. Liberty was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Guam.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Guam before
earning his doctorate from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2000.
He completed a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at
Indiana University Medical Center, Methodist Hospital, Wishard Memorial
Hospital and Riley Hospital for Children in Indianpolis in 2004.
Dr. Liberty joined The Permanente Medical Group in 2005 and started the
Maxillofacial Department in the Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical
Cente. In 201, he entered into private practice.
Professional affiliations include the American Association of Oral &
Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial
Surgeons, American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, International
Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society
of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, California Dental Association,
Sacramento District Dental Society.
Dr. Liberty joined the United States Army Reserve in 2001. He was deployed
twice to Afghanistan.
