About Katrina Maddox

Katrina Ogden, also known as Katy, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Anderson University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. While in nursing school, she took a liking to gastroenterology and chose to pursue it as a subspecialty.

Her previous nursing experience includes work in the emergency department, endoscopy and the post-anesthesia care unit. She has worked with patients with complex, chronic diseases. Her areas of interest include treating pancreatic and

hepatobiliary diseases.

When she’s not at work, Katy enjoys being outdoors with her husband, walking the dogs, running the trails, fishing, swimming or hiking. They are both sports fans who love to attend just about any sporting event.
