About Vickie

Vickie Crosby, RN, FNP, provides care to patients of all ages. Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), she owns skills in many clinical areas: diagnostic testing interpretation, female health exams and minor skin surgery and among them.

Vickie received her license as a practical nurse in Arizona, before going on to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing – and subsequently her master’s degree – from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland.

She has since served patients over three decades in roles ranging from rheumatology clinic care to home health and general family care. Vickie also assists in Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) trials and other pain management treatments.

Vickie relocated to El Dorado County from Hawaii, where she co-founded and served as the sole provider of a full-service clinic. The ages of her patients ranged from two days to 97 years old. She was recognized in 2012 as the top nurse practitioner in Hawaii, earning the AANP State Award for Excellence.

In her leisure time, Vickie enjoys quilting and many forms of arts and crafts. She teaches Sunday School to children at a local church. Vickie is married with two adult children and a grandchild.
