Open Enrollment

Open enrollment for 2023 Marshall employee benefits will take place November 7, 2022 to November 21, 2022.

A “passive” open enrollment will occur for medical, dental, vision and voluntary employee paid products. This means that enrollment information will roll over to the 2023 plan year for employees who do not wish to make changes to their current election.

Employees wishing to enroll, make changes, add dependents, elect new coverage offerings, or update beneficiary information, must log into Workday and elect, change or waive the coverage(s) you desire.

If you would like to elect (or re-enroll) in the Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and or the Dependent Care Account for the 2023 calendar year you must log in and participate in the open enrollment process to elect an FSA/Dependent Care Account.

To learn more and make your benefit elections, log into WorkDay.

Stress Support

If you are experiencing anxiety or fear, having difficulty concentrating or sleeping, or feeling increased stress surrounding current events, it may help to speak to a professional clinician through your employee assistance program (EAP).

Reach out to Marshall's EAP 1-800-999-7222 (Company Code: Marshall)

EAP can support you in the following ways:

  1. Consider virtual sessions. Visiting with your EAP counselor via video (or telephone, if preferred) can be a great option. Not only does it save time, but you may be able to see a counselor sooner, since distance is not an issue. Talk to your EAP representative about options for virtual counseling by calling 800-999-7222, anytime.
  2. Let the EAP find availability for you. When you and/or your family member requests EAP counseling, the representative will offer to contact counselors on your behalf (an “assisted search”). Once an available appointment is found, they’ll send you the information. Then you and/or your family member can connect with the counselor to schedule, knowing they are taking new clients and have appointments available.
  3. Stay in touch. If there are any bumps in the road- your counselor isn’t a good fit, you’re not getting calls back or unable to find availability- don’t give up! Call 800-999-7222 and let the EAP know, so they can assist further.
