This class will provide you with the information to:

  • Interpret blood glucose meter results and look for patterns
  • Understand your medication options
  • Cope with diabetes in healthy and constructive ways
  • Apply diabetes meal planning to your day-to-day life

Healthy Living Class #3:

Live your best life with diabetes. This class helps you remain motivated as you integrate exercise, weight loss and healthy eating into your life in the days and years ahead.

Individual Diabetes Education

Individual appointments with our diabetes educators are encouraged - especially when you are newly diagnosed, beginning a new medication or need extra support to gain control. We can guide you in learning new techniques, using the latest tools and can provide up-to-date information on the management of diabetes.
