Dmv Senior Driver Ombudsman Offers Safety Talk at Marshall Community Health Library

March 14, 2014— Marshall Community Health Library in Cameron Park is pleased to continue its Healthy Aging Seminars featuring some of Marshall’s expert clinical providers and health experts from the community. This FREE series is made possible by a grant from Friends of El dorado County Seniors.

The next opportunity will be held Thursday, March 27 at 10 a.m., when Eddie Ballesteros, Senior Driver Ombudsman for the DMV will present “The Mature Driver: Safety & Health Issues.” Age- and health-related changes can impact your driving, including vision and stroke. Ballesteros will provide tips on how to keep driving safely as one ages.

Space is limited, so pre-registration is required. Call the library at 530-626-2778.

All upcoming seminars will be held at the Marshall’s Upper Campus in Cameron Park, located at 3581 Palmer Drive. The Dementia Seminar will be held in suite 501.
