Marshall Home Health
Personalized Medical Care in Your Own Home
Marshall Home Health serves patients who are home-bound and need medical care, or who have been referred to the program from their physicians when released from inpatient hospital care. Home health care services are covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal, Workers' Compensation, and various insurance carriers.
Our skilled home health team provides a complete plan of care, including:
- Home health
- Assessments
- Education
- Medical treatment
- Coordination of all caregivers
- Communicating changes in your condition to your physician
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Medical social work
All care is provided under orders from your physician.
Our team of providers also includes the rehabilitation team, consisting of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, who help patients reach a maximum level of independence in all areas of daily living. Patients can also work with a medical social worker who can help you find community resources to help with your recovery and day-today nurses. Our registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses provide not only highly skilled care, they also give you the information you will need to manage your medical care at home.
Marshall’s Standards for Home Health
All personnel are licensed or certified, undergo health screening and are covered by Workers’ Compensation, malpractice and liability insurance. Marshall Home Health is licensed by the State of California, Medicare certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Medi-Cal certified.
Marshall Home Health complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Americans with Disabilities Acts of 1990, and does not discriminate against any patient or employee based on sex, age, race, color, creed or disability status.
