Marshall to Host Women's Health Expo and 5k Fun Run August 2

Marshall will once again be hosting a Women's Health Expo and non-competitive 5K fun run/walk at El Dorado Hills Town Center on Saturday, August 2. This is the third Women’s Health Expo that Marshall has held and each year has been a success.

The event runs from 8-11 a.m. and is open to the public. The fee is $15 for an exciting morning of fitness and fun. Registration can be done online at marshallhealthexpo.com.

Registration for the 5k fun run will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the run start at 8 a.m. and followed by the health expo featuring free health screenings including blood pressure, blood sugar, body fat/weight, flexibility/strength and lung function. Health information will also be available.

Marshall Health providers Alicia Tobin-Williams, MD and Jennifer Fiterre, CMT, RMT and Ayurvedic Health Care Practitioner, will present information on the topics of women’s health and stress reduction, respectively.
