Women's Health Expo & 5K Fun Run

Grab your girlfriends and join us for fun and fitness on Saturday, Sept. 8, including a non-competitive 5k run & walk and health screenings.

The Marshall Women’s Health & Wellness Expo is a place for women to assess their health or jumpstart their fitness journey. Participate in a variety of health screenings, such as:

• Pulmonary Function
• Body Fat & Weight Measurement
• Blood Glucose Screening
• Blood Pressure Screening
• Mobility Screening
• Core Strength Testing / Flexibility

You’ll also have access to information and advice from Marshall’s health experts, as well as services available for you and your family.

No time limits – it’s all for fun!

The run finishes at the Health Expo, where you can get health and fitness screenings.
