Have concerns about falling?
Join us for our monthly Fall Prevention Awareness class. New topics and guest speakers are featured each month, designed to help participants build awareness of how to prevent falls and improve overall health.
Class will be held on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 1:00 – 3:00 PM in Placerville.
Our April class will focus on Physical Activity/Exercising.
Other topics that may be featured at later dates: aging and physical changes, medication management, nutrition for bone health, stress management, the benefits of physical activity to improve strength and balance.
