Childbirth Education Class (In-Person)

This condensed, fast-paced childbirth preparation class is designed to prepare you for the birth of your baby. You'll learn how to have a healthy pregnancy, prepare for labor, the stages of labor, what to expect afterward, breastfeeding, and baby care basics.

This is an in-person class.  Please dress comfortably and bring water, a snack, lunch (or money for lunch), and one pillow. We are observing social distancing precautions during class and request that all participants and support persons wear a mask.

Note: Expecting parents enrolled in our online e-learning classes or Q&A livestream are welcome to attend, however, expect some overlap in content and demonstrations.
