About Marisa Neeley
Marisa Neeley, PA-C joined Marshall Family Medicine in 2025. She is passionate about caring for individuals during their most vulnerable moments, and places an emphasis on listening, educating, and providing compassionate support for her patients. Her interests lie in the areas of pediatrics, women's health, cardiology, and preventative medicine.
Marisa welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds, hoping to learn as much as she can about them to become a provider that can truly be an advocate for them and their health. She bases most of her practice around body awareness, exercise, and healthy eating, while approaching medical issues in a naturalistic way.
Marisa is a board-certified physician assistant who earned her Master of Health Science from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Prior to pursuing her education as a physician assistant, Marisa gained experience as a medical assistant and physical therapy technician before working for Sutter Amador as an emergency department scribe. It was there that she decided to pursue her physician assistant education and certification. Marisa has a heart for education and looks forward to the opportunity to become a preceptor, helping to educate future physician assistants.
Marisa’s dedication to her profession, to underserved populations, and to global health is reflected in her medical mission work in Mexico and Albania. She looks forward to the opportunity to provide care in communities that have yet to be reached.
Outside of the office, Marisa enjoys outdoor sports and activities, including hiking, skiing, swimming, and running. She enjoys traveling and spending time with the people that mean the most to her.
