MARSHALL MEDICAL CENTER ORGANIZES CARE PACKAGE DRIVE FOR TROOPS

Placerville, California (July 2, 2019) – July 1 – July 22 Marshall will be conducting a donation drive for care packages for our troops deployed overseas. Donation bins are located at Marshall’s locations throughout El Dorado County at the main hospital and clinics in Placerville, Cameron Park, and El Dorado Hills.

Example donations include:

  • Single serving food and snacks such as tuna and soup pouches, oatmeal, nuts, candy, gum, cookies, snacks bars
  • Small size drinks/packets such as hot chocolate, sports drinks, tea
  • Travel size personal hygiene items such as socks, toothpaste, deodorant, baby wipes, feminine products

Receiving mail at the end of a long day serving our country means a lot to our troops and Marshall is happy to be able to organize this drive to provide care packages to them.
