About Samuel Ceridon

Samuel Ceridon, MD, is a family medicine physician, caring for patients of all ages. He is skilled at and performs many types of in-office procedures. Dr. Ceridon earned his medical degree at University of Colorado Denver before completing his residency at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento’s family practice residency program.

Prior to returning to school to pursue medicine, Dr. Ceridon had a career as an industrial engineer, but still expressed his interest in medicine through volunteer work.

During his graduate studies in medicine, Dr. Ceridon was an anatomy/physiology instructor and volunteered his time to support community needs. Most recently, he founded a special sports physical day in support of the Elk Grove Police Department’s Police Athletic League to help youth who could not afford sports physicals.

In his leisure time, Dr. Ceridon enjoys gardening, restoring classic cars and completing home improvement projects. Other pastimes include music, mountain biking and coaching youth baseball. He is proficient in American Sign Language and is married with three children.
