About This Event

Details: These classes are open to community enrollment. They are an addition to Marshall's Cardiac Rehabilitation program. Weekly lectures cover topics including Diet and Nutrition, Exercise and Your Heart, STRESS!, Medications, How the Heart Works, and Psychosocial Impact of Heart Disease. The fee is $5 for participants not enrolled in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program. Registration
