About Ravi Chopra, MD

Ravi Chopra, MD, is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine giving him the ability to provide a wide scope of care to his patients. Dr. Chopra works both in the Marshall Pulmonology outpatient clinic and in the Intensive Care Unit as an intensivist.

Dr. Chopra received his bachelor’s degree in medicine from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India, before moving to the US where his further education and work experience took him from all over the country. He completed his residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center at the University of Connecticut and his fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Most recently, he worked at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM in pulmonology and critical care

Since childhood, Dr. Chopra has wanted to be a doctor and chose pulmonology and critical care as his specialties for the opportunity to help patients with a variety of illnesses, crossing all other medical specialties.

When he’s not at work, he enjoys walking/ jogging and spending time outdoors.
