August 13, 2018 — Marshall is once again hosting its Women's Health Expo and noncompetitive 5K fun run/walk at El Dorado Hills Town Center the morning of Saturday, September 8. This will mark the seventh successful year Marshall has hosted this event.

The event runs from 8-10:30 a.m. and is open to the public. The $20 registration fee includes the fun run/walk, health expo, health expert demonstrations and a soft, comfortable event t-shirt. Registration can be done online at marshallwomenshealth.com.

Onsite sign-in for the run/walk will begin at 7:30 a.m. for an 8 a.m. start. It will be followed by the health expo featuring free health screenings including blood pressure, blood sugar, body fat/weight, flexibility/strength and lung function.

You can also enjoy free yoga, Zumba and relaxation technique demonstrations, as well as performances by the Union Mine and Ponderosa High School Bands and the Oak Ridge High School cheerleaders.
