Siri Nelson, MHA, FACHE, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marshall, an independent, nonprofit healthcare provider in El Dorado County, California. Siri is a seasoned healthcare executive with 30 years of experience in rural healthcare. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a master’s in health administration from the University of Southern California. Her background includes serving as CEO at Renown South Meadows Medical Center in Reno, Nevada; Chief Administrative Officer for Sutter Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport, California; and Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO at Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson, California. Siri is the past chair of the American Hospital Association’s Rural Health Services Committee, a board member of the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, and former chair of the board for the California Hospital Association. She is a member of the Women’s Fund of El Dorado County and a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America.
