Meet The Hematology/Oncology Staff

Rashmi Ramasubbaiah, MD, MS, is board certified in hematology and medical oncology. She combines advanced medicine – next-generation sequencing, molecular profiling – with personalized and empathetic care. “I genuinely care about patients,” said the former assistant professor for medical students, residents and oncology fellows. “I am so passionate about striving to make life better for our patients.”

Mamatha Siricilla, MD, is board certified in hematology and oncology, and specializes in treating various types of blood disorders and cancers such as breast, lung, gastrointestinal and genitourinary malignancies. She believes the art of medicine lies in caring for patients and their loved ones with open communication and empathy. She believes in patient-centered care and willingness to go extra mile to offer the best possible treatment.

Lin Soe, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology & hematology. He has participated in many cancer research studies and co-authored numerous research papers. Additionally Dr. Soe is the recipient of several awards for his research, as well as the 2000 Hero in Healthcare Award from Marshall Medical Center and El Dorado County.
