Third Trimester Bundle (In-Person)

This 2-session series is recommended for third trimester moms - finishing 2-4 weeks prior to your due date.

Class 1

Labor & Delivery is designed to prepare you for the birth of your baby. You'll learn how to prepare for labor, the stages of labor, labor positioning, comfort measures, breathing techniques, natural and medical pain relief options, what to expect afterward, and the partner's role. We will finish the evening with a tour of the Birth Center, giving you an inside peek into where you will deliver.

Class 2

Postpartum/Newborn Care - Breastfeeding benefits your baby in many ways. We'll discuss the advantages of breastfeeding, milk production, baby positioning and cues, latching, how to know your baby is getting enough to eat, when to seek help, and returning to work tips.

Baby Care is designed to teach all the basics of caring for your newborn baby. Topics include newborn baby behavior and appearance, soothing techniques, swaddling, diapering, bathing, health and safety skills.
