Marshall Birth Center Pre-Registration

You'll need to pre-register for your stay at the Marshall Birth Center so that we are ready for you. Pre-registering with the Marshall Birth Center is easy with MyChart and should be completed as early as possible. It’s one less thing you have to do when you go into labor. Just download the Marshall MyChart app on your phone or visit mychart.marshallmedical.org/mychart/, follow the registration instructions and fill out the questionnaire. You’ll be able to outline your birth plan and preferences, as well as provide medical background information.

In any case, it's important to complete the form and return it in person to the Admitting Department no later than your fifth month of pregnancy. Doing this ahead of time will make things easier for you when the time comes for your big day.
